Common questions
- How fast do you respond?
- Usually within a couple hours, sometimes a few days.
- Something isn't working in the editor.
- Email info@racehawks.com with your meet name, which step you were on, and what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
- I need to change a course I already sent.
- Go to Your courses. While it’s waiting for approval you can cancel it; once it’s approved, press Edit Course, fix what you need and send it again. Or just email me what to change.
- How long until my flyover is ready?
- About 5 to 7 days after you submit.
- Got feedback or an idea?
- I’m open to any and all feedback. Tell me what would make the editor better.
